I don't know if I'm having early diabetic symptoms...?
I am always drinking water, and I'm always going to the bathroom. I'm also very hungry a lot, very tired at random moments that will last 2 or 3 hours, and snap for no reason, which is driving my friends and mom insane. These started happening about 5 days ago, and I don't know if my vision is changing I have glasses already for about 4 years, but it has happend I think once and I don't know if I've lost any weight yet. I only get a tingling in my leg and my foot. I told my mom, and she doesn't take me seriously, and she's like, " Your having a growth thing." but I don't think so because I haven't had one last this long before, and I think I've already gotten mine. I don't know if I should ask my mom to go the doctor or not...because she once was like, " Stop trying to act diabetic" and I don't want to be I don't know if I should speak up or wait a few more days... Help? Please don't say anything mean. Also, it's not that genitic spelling? in my family, only 2 or 3 people I'm pretty sure they died, so I can't ask them... and I have one friend who has diabetes, but I don't see her during the summer, but I talked to her on AIM, and she said she didn't drink lots of water when she was diagnosed...so...I wanted to clear that up...I'm also going on 13 next year...Oh yeah, when I wake up my mouth is a little dry, but then when I have some water it goes away. Like, if I don't drink something in a few hours, it'll go a little dry. Is that a sign too?This is my last edit, and it may not have to do with diabetes I don't know but a few hours after I eat Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, etc. My stomach will hurt for about an half hour. Also, I recently felt like needles on the right ish side of my body...? It went away quickly, but it kinda got me confused...I ran out of water at my house, and I don't like the tap water, so now I am very sad, because all we have left is soda I can't have milk 'cause I'm Lactose Intolerant and it doesn't taste that good. I used to love it though. Is that normal?

Everything turned out peechy apparntly, no issues regarding blood sugar or whatnot, yet I'm having some issues with numbness and would like to know the likelihood of diabetes being responsible.

i do not have symptoms of diabetes like excess urination, excess thirst, loss of weight, numbness in limbs, eyesight problems excess hunger etc etc. incidentally, when i went for complete blood test then it was dected and evensince i am on glycomet etc now it is under control. why there are absolutely no symptoms

Questions about diabetic symptoms?
they say that frequent urination and excessive thirst are big symptoms of diabetes. but which comes first? i mean, do you pee a lot so you then get thirsty? or are you thirsty, so you drink, and therefore pee a lot? i dont think i have frequent urination, but i am always thirsty. so i drink a lot of crystal lite water , or diet coke....nothing with sugar is what i'm trying to say. i'm not sure if i'm still insulin resistant or if i'm full blown diabetic my labs are still pending w follow up with doc . my blood sugars are pretty much always < 180 with only a few exceptions.

All the women in my family have a rare problem where we get extreme problems when on our period. Just like me they can be in bed for days.. the doctors never figured whats so wrong with us.. However unlike them I seem to get it especially worse when I eat a lot of sugar.. Also theirs is more kramps where mine is more hot and cold sweating, turning white, shaking, dizzy, not being able to move and diahrea or feeling like I'm going to throw up. Today I couldn't move off of the floor to go to the bathroom .. I didn't even have enough strength to crawl or scoot myself. My grandma thinks its our normal problem but they aren't affected by sugar. I literally thought I was going to die this morning and almost called 911.. I've been tested for anemia but I was normal..

She has had her ears pierced since she was 6 years old, but never wears earring anymore. They never close up on her. But, lately with the onset of her diabetic symptoms, her ear piercings are filling with pus and they feel tender to touch. She has not been to the doctor to find out if she is diabetic or not. But, I was just wondering if this is something she should mention to the doctor when she goes?

test on me and two days after my blood test comes back they said it was normal but what I can't figure out is what do I have thats causing these symtoms if its not diabetes? Hey. Im a fourteen year old girl, and my grandma checked my bp and it was 113 65. Is that low? Sometimes if i stand up after watching tv, reading a book etc, my eyes go fuzzy and i go dizzy. I asked my optometrist about it and he said that it could be a symptom of low bp. I also have some symptoms of diabetes increasingly thirsty, passing water more frequently than normal, tiredness, i also have blurred vision sometimes. please help me get an idea of what it could be.
Diabetic symptoms. Why did the Dr do this?
I took a urine sample to the Dr's because I have classic diabetic symptoms. I thought he would do a fingerprick test or test my urine with the strip in case it was a bladder infection. Instead he has sent my 'water' sample off to be tested and am having a blood test next week. Just wondered why he couldn't have tested in the surgery??
