i had my first screening, which came back as 158 when the highest it should be is 140. my nurse said that probably had to do with me drinking sweet tea before the sugar water, but my doctor said that had nothing to do with it.anyways, i'm having my second three hour screening tomorrow, and i've had to go on a high carb diet for the past three days, and my doctor said that on the last day from midnight until i go in tomorrow, i cannot have anythign to eat or drink including water, and if i must i can only have a few sips of water.i get very dehydrated at night, and it just turned midnight and i'm already feeling very thirsty.what do i do?

I'm a 23 yr old male with some weight issues. I had the diabetes check yesterday morning, however, I'm never hungry in the mornings, and my blood sugar usually drops in the afternoons, evenings, and nights.However, I've been dealing with quite the opposite for the past several years low blood sugar known as hypoglycemia.
